MPV dependency for vrecord missing filters

After some more testing, I can confirm that the version of mpv now installed via brew does not support all the filters necessary for how it is used in vrecord - chiefly `drawtext` (see https://github.com/amiaopensource/vrecord/pull/1021 as well as https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/264881).

I suppose this could either be addressed in this repository with by revisiting our deprecated mpv tap, or within vrecord to drop the affected filters. Thoughts?
