reference inactive Board Committees

Given recent discussion on AMIA-MEMBER-L about the status of various AMIA governing documents, I think it's worth noting the AMIA Governance Committee as a Board Committee, even though it is presently inactive.

"The Governance Committee assists the Board by drafting and reviewing governance documents, reviewing Committee manuals for their compatibility with other Association documents and requirements, providing systematic review of the bylaws to keep pace with future changes in the association, and helping to resolve conflicts within the Association as needed."
