[Feature]: Add search icon on members page

### What problem are you trying to solve?

# Description
Would be good to have a search bar in the club members page to search for alumni or current active members. Since we have a solid db for member details, adding this shouldn't be a big deal.

In future, it would be much easier to search and connect with alumni or active members.

## Description
Create a new hook for it in `lib/hooks/` and call that function in the teams page.
