learn programming from scratch with Rust?

The [learning rust](https://bfnightly.bracketproductions.com/rustbook/chapter_1.html#learning-rust) section of chapter 1 says "If you are completely new to programming, then a piece of bad news: Rust is a relatively young language, so there isn't a lot of "learn programming from scratch with Rust" material out there - yet." This may be a little bit outdated; it seems like there's a good ecosystem of such resources now available.
