bfnightly isn't updated with master

Went to fork and fix a few things up but it appears they were already fixed. On https://bfnightly.bracketproductions.com/rustbook/ it is not updating.

So that others don't end up doing extra work thinking there are mistakes only to find that they are fine, please fix this.

Separate praise from the issue, fantastic job on this resource. It's been invaluable for me on my weekend project. There are numerous parts that I've noted that need fixing up, I'll write them up later.
