Do not support the newest version of AMD GPU driver.

### Step 1: Describe your environment

* System (Intel/AMD/Raspberry Pi etc): Intel Core i7 9700
* OS version: Ubuntu 22.04
* s-tui version: 1.1.4
* Installation method(pip/PPA/source code): sudo apt install s-tui

### Step 2: Describe the problem:

After upgrade the driver of my AMD 6700xt to the newest version, s-tui cannot detect GPU's fan speed.
