Mouth tracking doesn't disable when Babble or SRaniple are present

描述
When using Babble or SRaniple with a device such as Pico 4 Pro, the face tracking doesn't disable itself to use the accessory mouth tracker.
Behaviour should be changed to how Virtual Desktop and Pico Connect modules behave, disabling the mouth tracking in favour of these accessories when present.
