enchancement: Improve launcher adb error handling

Right now if anything happens to adb process, it will just bail out without explanation
This works in case adb explicitly says error, but in case such as this: https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR/issues/2249 this makes it more complicated.
There could be 2 causes to this issue above - either headset doesn't have enough permissions, or pc doesn't have permissions to headset.
This needs to be improved so user knows what is wrong and what to do.
