Desktop Sensitivity? it's too easy to change slide by error

Hello,

following what was being asked here

but where is desktop sensitivity? you just need to scroll 1px in order to change section. Most of the times you will get it wrong by accident on some mouses and navigate to the previous section (or the next) by error.

please let me know how I can change the sensitivity **in order to prevent accidental scrolling to the next/prev section.**
