Keyboard navigation mimic the mouse scroll with Scroll Horizontally extension?

Hi. I purchased the Scroll Horizontally extension and the UX is fantastic with a mouse. When you mouse down it goes to the next section and if that section has slides within it, a mouse down cycles through the slides until the last slide, then on the last slide, a mouse down goes to the next section.

However, with a keyboard, you have the ability to go up/down or left/right. As expected and seen in the demo: https://alvarotrigo.com/fullPage/extensions/scroll-horizontally.html

I'm curious if there's a way to mimic the mouse UX with a keyboard? I'd like to disable the left/right arrows completely, and then the up/down arrows would function like a mouse where it goes through all sections and slides.
