Update javadocs

I observed some of the comments for some commands are outdated, some have the parameters changed and some are inexistent.

We should have the comments explaining what the methods are doing for the following file:
- `AltUnityDriver.java`
- `AltUnityObject.java`
- `AltUnityPortForwarding.java`
- and the params files


You can check all this warnings and error using `mvn verify` but please comment all the tests first because the command will also try to run the tests
