export_fig shifts legend position when using legend('location', 'best')

Hi,

for legends, I use the option ('location','best') quite often. I just now realised, that when using export_fig, the legend does not get exported where it is located when looking at the figure in Matlab (I run r2014b). When positioning the legend manually it get's exported correctly.
