Caching paging between runs

From the admittedly small amount of testing I've done so far, it doesn't look like Instalooter will cache pages between runs, which would, for example, allow it to pick a query back up when rate limited, as opposed to attempting to re-download the entire profile.

Does Instalooter do this and I just missed the feature? If not, is this a feature that other users would find useful, and is there a particular .py file that would be an appropriate place to start investigating this?

#213 is another proposed way to accomplish the same thing, I don't know anything about how Instagram works, so I can't say which would be more doable.
