SDI Rule 1 fix

Because it's too difficult to nerf the second tap of cardinal tapping SDI, it's best to just verify that the semi-nerf is occurring.

Make sure that there are at least two different positions that occur between the first SDI input and the second SDI input.

For reference, the tilt zone (32 units, 0.4 in melee) takes 1.57 frames when going from 0 to 112 in 5.5 frames.
