#### Bug/Feature Request Description
Currently, Featuretools does not support relative delta. With the restructured ft.Timedelta from #732, it should be possible to parse relative deltas to obtain the units and values. Once the units and values are assigned in Timedelta, the relative delta object can be mapped to Timedelta.delta_obj.
