This is a [MultiplyBoolean](https://github.com/alteryx/featuretools/blob/f5e3f88d5e2cfe96d947bf5efd69acace0a57ea8/featuretools/primitives/standard/binary_transform.py#L689) primitive and an [And](https://github.com/alteryx/featuretools/blob/fbbe39b7eadabd6959252d724468e40477b1b2b4/featuretools/primitives/standard/binary_transform.py#L938) primitive that appear to do the same thing.
One should be removed or documentation should be more clear about difference between them
