Support with statsmodels >= 0.13.0

### Incompatibility with stats models >= 0.13.0

#### Feature Request Description

I use the latest version of `featuretools` and very happy to have it. However, also I want to use package `darts` in my project as it is very useful in time series tasks as well as as `featuretools` and `tsfresh` and this is not possible. `Darts` requires the latest versions of `statsmodels` which are >=0.13.0 and `featuretools` depends on `featuretools-tsfresh-primitives` (1.0.1) which are dependent on `statsmodels` <= 0.12.2. That is why, I want to ask is it possible to upgrade dependencies of `featuretools-tsfresh-primitives` so that both packages `featuretools` and `darts` are available in the same project ?
