Remove duplicate _transform_parameters method in automl algorithms

Both `DefaultAlgorithm` and `IterativeAlgorithm` define `_transform_parameters` method that does a lot of the same work:

I think we should invest in reducing the code duplication and providing a clean api for updating the pipeline parameters throughout search.
Can we do away for the logic for having to update the drop columns transformers and n_jobs parameters manually?
