AutoML user guide: add subsection for "experimental" settings

Currently we only have a paragraph under the data checks subsection for experiment settings or stopping criterion settings. This is not as transparent for users as one would need to dive into the API reference (and the __init__ method documentation) to find explanations for AutoMLSearch parameters. This issue tracks adding a subsection to the AutoMLSearch user guide for parameters or experiment settings.
