**List of Nice to Haves**
- [x] When a user connects to the D input, the samplingMode must automatically switch to `Data`.
- [x] The annotation on the tool displays useful information like distribution selected and parameters.
- [x] Add minSpinner vars into DistData.js
- [ ] Figure out how to display close-to-zero parameters in the slider.
- [ ] Move sampling with replacement widget to front page and make it appear only for data sampling.
- [ ] Write config info into description metadata so that it can be used by tools upstream.
- [x] Remove warning stating there is no backing data item from `_distribution`.
- [x] Figure out step sizes for bin width in roulette mode.
