Update MetaInfo in Optimization Macro

- [ ] Should the author field simply be `Alteryx`?
- [ ] Update list of search tags.
- [ ] Update description to a more detailed one.
- [ ] What should we put in `DescriptionLink`?
- [ ] Update `Copyright` to contain the year.
- [ ] Update `ToolVersion` to 1.0 (?).

> NOTE: Make the updates to the macro and run `AlteryxRhelper::createPluginFromMacro` to automatically update `Config.xml`.
