Matrix Input Mode: Support x>=1, x <= 6 (1<=x<=6) type of constraint

Description
The current Matrix Input Mode doesn't support either "1<=x<= 6" type of constraint, or "x>=1", "x<=6" entered in two lines for Input B. Consequently, a range of optimization problems can't be solved.
