描述

When choosing a MPS file as input, there are errors: `Error in readFileContents(filePath) :`

The following code in utils.R

```
getValidFormats <- function() {
return(c("lp", "mod"))
}
```

shows "mps" is not considered as a valid format.

I'll work on this.
