GP inference method does not converge for msgp_mlp_kin40k.py with octave.
Python 3.6
`Not converged after 2000 iterations, r=1.70e-04`
Python 2.7
`Not converged after 2000 iterations, r=1.27e-04`
Attached are the output and the libraries used. I will try to replicate the bug using Matlab.
