Unfill is dependancy for elisp-to-org

Hello

I noticed while trying out `unpackaged/elisp-to-org` that is complained about `unfill-region` being void. `unfill-region` is used in `unpackaged/docstring-to-org`.
I couldn't find the function in Emacs but I did find a melpa packaged called [Unfill](https://melpa.org/#/unfill), and after installing it everything worked as expected.
