Add/Update link to Mac OS X Article to an alternative (working) option

Thanks for all your work on this.
Regarding the link to have org-capture working on Mac OS X, the article you linked (https://blog.aaronbieber.com/2016/11/24/org-capture-from-anywhere-on-your-mac.html) to has not been updated in a while. It didn't work for me.

What did work for me was the Apple Script/Plist listed on this Git project -
https://github.com/sprig/org-capture-extension

While the article you linked to is better documented, the Python script used by it seems to fail.
If you could update the TODO section of the ReadMe to point to both of these options, that would help someone else who has trouble on the Mac.

I'm happy to submit a PR as well.
