Hi!
I tried many times to install vosk module on my Raspberry Pi, but it doesn't work :(
```
pip install vosk
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
Looking in indexes: https://pypi.org/simple, https://www.piwheels.org/simple
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement vosk (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for vosk
```
I've read this https://github.com/alphacep/vosk-api/issues/46 but neither `pip install https://github.com/alphacep/vosk-api/releases/download/0.3.3/vosk-0.3.3-cp37-cp37m-linux_armv6l.whl` works for me
