Please how to create Czech language model

Dear specialists,
Please how could I prepare Czech voice model? Which dictionary should I use? For example some opensource from Mozilla? Which tool should I use to prepare sounds ETC? Does somebody prepared some scripts or tools to create voice model? I Am aware, that it is very patient work, but I do not see at all so I love sound in general and I have allready helped one developer to prepare Czech speech samples to create Speech engine. I have some good quality microphone, sure I do not own my own big recording studio, but it would be A good experiment for Me and I could learn new thinks. Thank you very much for yours tips.
