Add support for Serbian language

Hi! I am a software developper and I like the accuracy and usability of VOSK. I would like to help add Serbian language to the models, so I am prepared to collect the audio samples from my friends and train the models. The issue is only to add them to freely available languages and perhaps some help with training.
