Only works on .net core?

Could it be, that the Vosk Nuget Packages only work with .Net Core Projects and not with .Net Framework e.g. 4,8? because i am getting a strange error wirthout log output from vosk under .net 4,8 that is not occouring in .net 5

It occours on

result = rec.FinalResult();
or
result = rec.PartialResult();
