Windows upper limit on grammer string

In C# if you specify:

VoskRecognizer recPrice = new(modelPath, 22000, grammer_string);

if the grammer_string exceeds 1,000 characters, we get a Unhandled Exception.

Is there an upper limit on this string for specialized words?
