Small jigasi config

```

org.jitsi.jigasi.ENABLE_TRANSCRIPTION=true

```

When i try to call the service after some time i get an error (172.17.0.8 - jigasi ip)

There are no errors in the jigasi logs.
If I try to run a test case from a Jigasi container, then it works correctly - i.e. the problem is not the network.`
