Newbie Q: what are the options for OUTPUT_TYPE please

Hello,
Usual apologies for being a rank amateur newbie with the usual obligatory "OMG thank you so much ... finally I can do what I've dreamed of for years".

I'm transcribing an interview using `vosk-transcriber -i test.wav -o test.txt` (python 3.9.2 :: `pip3 install vosk srt`).

I don't find the default output format (single continuous line of text) to be readable.

I find the SRT output a bit clearer but it has extraneous info (some sort of line or unit number, then a start and end timestamp to milliseconds)

I'd like to see a simple output along the lines of `hh:mm - transcription`.

Please can someone provide a link, tell me or help me figure out what the built-in options are for different output formats?
