説明
There would appear to be an issue with the common.h file when building the binary via DOCKER. OpenBLAS errors out and says that "you must define ARMV5,ARMV6,ARMV7".
Their page [says](https://github.com/xianyi/OpenBLAS/issues/1267) this means there is a file not getting properly configured and therefore causing this error. It is hard to pinpoint which particular file could be responsible.
