描述

Steps to reproduce:
1. Request bars with a common stock symbol (in lowercase)
`GET data.alpaca.markets/v1/bars/minute?symbols=aapl`

Expected behavior: get minute bars for Apple (AAPL)

Actual behavior: response is `{"aapl":[]}`
