[BUG]: Incorrect Order Status and Executed Quantity on Position Closure

Hi,
On February 26, we successfully opened a long position on TSLR with a quantity of 5 at 10:28, and the API returned the status as "Completed." However, when closing the position at 16:30, the API returned the order status as "Replaced" and set the executed quantity to 0.
We have already reported this issue via email (support@alpaca.com) and on (https://github.com/alpacahq/alpaca-trade-api-csharp)). This latter suggested that we post it here.
We have encountered similar issues before. Could you kindly investigate this bug and keep me informed of any updates? Many thanks,
