**Describe the bug**
Starting today, the Portfolio History API is returning `null` for the `base_value` property and `0000-00-00` for the `base_value_asof` property. Both paper and live APIs are affected.
**To Reproduce**

https://api.alpaca.markets/v2/account/portfolio/history?intraday_reporting=market_hours&pnl_reset=per_day
```
**Additional context**
This issue was only introduced starting today.
