Return more info about Exchanges

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The data returned for [Exchange Codes](https://docs.alpaca.markets/reference/stockmetaexchanges-1) is limited to the exchange code and the exchange name. It would be useful to have more information about each exchange.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be nice to have more details similar to the [Polygon API](https://polygon.io/docs/stocks/get_v3_reference_exchanges); e.g. Market Identifier Code, asset classes, etc.

Using the Polygon API.
