Cannot liquidate positions on paper account

**Describe the bug**
Placed a limit order with notional limit of 4000. and received many shares including fractional shares of crypto. API will only allow me to sell in quantity of 10's, so now I cannot liquidate everything.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. buy crypto with notional limit and receive fractional shares
2. try to liquidate all positions
3. cannot sell
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
liquidate all of position
