Subscribe to status updates on status.alpaca.markets pages doesn't work

**Describe the bug**
There are no options to subscribe to status updates when clicking the subscribe button on status.alpaca.markets page.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to status.alpaca.markets
2. Click on SUBSCRIBE
3. No options exist

**Expected behavior**
I'd like to be able to get status updates to a webhook URL which Statuspage supports.
