tms link pattern missing in behave

#### What is the current behavior?
The documentation mentions:

- Annotation for links

#### If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem
How am I suppose to get the test case links if I don't have a way to provide Behave the link pattern ?

Is `AllureFormatter.tms_pattern` missing?

#### What is the expected behavior?
I should have `AllureFormatter.tms_pattern` so that `@allure.tms` decorators generate the right url link in the report.

#### What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
I want to add `tms` link in a easy way, instead of using the generic `@allure.link` decorator.
The Pytest implementation offers the `--allure-link-pattern tms:https://github.com/allure-framework/allure-python/issues/{}` link pattern.
Why is the Behave implementation lacking the `tms` link pattern configuration ?

Beginne mit der im Issue beschriebenen Behave-AllureFormatter-Konfiguration und der Annotation @allure.tms und vergleiche sie anschließend mit der Pytest-Implementierung von Link-Mustern und ihrer Option --allure-link-pattern. Erledigt ist die Aufgabe, wenn Behave eine Einstellung AllureFormatter.tms_pattern akzeptiert und @allure.tms-Links die konfigurierte URL im Report erzeugen.
