Add print styles starter

### Description

In order to make it easy to add print styles to a theme, there should be a starter print stylesheet or guidelines.

### Use Case

In classic themes, the print styles could be handled through a single stylesheet, but this isn't as straightforward in a block theme where some styles are global, some are in theme.json, and some are in individual blocks. Having basic print styles working out of the box would simplify this process.
