### Description of the bug
Since we're using `npm run create-block` the `scaffold/blocks` directory should be removed from the `scaffold` branch.
### Steps To Reproduce
Notice that the `scaffold/blocks` directory exists in the `scaffold` branch where it should not.
### Additional Information
Alley-specific.
