Extend tango filesystem to work in a hosted server instead or in addition to locally.

Right now, it is hard to share a link to the viz, because the experiment results and html viz are on a local machine.
The request is to make a simple server that houses both result data and viz.

User should be able to navigate to something like
tango.org/ex=sdfjlk2426sadf

and see the current state of their experiment with results if any are completed

NOT PART OF THIS:
this will also give us the ability to make the viz more powerful...
more animations, more drag and drop
add actions (cancel, add new, etc)
