Description
Presently the webapp is using [Whats Wrong With My Nlp](https://code.google.com/p/whatswrong/) but we should switch to [D3](http://d3js.org/) for greater flexibility. Mark S uses D3 in the [parsers project](https://github.com/allenai/parsers).
