FM team names

Currently, teams participating in fun matches are only identified by their colour: "Red Team" and "Green Team". This doesn't give any insight on who played the match, makes all FMs look identical, and is really not very interesting.

**Suggestions for reasonable FM team games**
- Use a random name generator such as https://github.com/nubs/random-name-generator
- Is it possible to use a seed, so that teams with the same players always have the same name?
- Procedurally generate team names from player names (e.g. allejo + alezakos may combine into Team Allejakos)
- Can/Should we allow admins to change team names?
