- [ ] Allow team captains to send more than one invitation at a time
- [ ] Allow team captains + admins to see active invitations on the team page
- [ ] Allow team captains to revoke invitations
- [ ] Allow players to reject invitations and have them be hidden from notifications
- [ ] Display expired invitations as expired in the notifications section
