Dropping php-5.x version supports

描述

As title, it seems that the `php-5.x` versions are inactive/unsupported on official PHP team.

To avoid support inactive PHP versions, I think it's time to drop them and let this package require `php-7.1` version at least.

Once this issue is accepted, I can work on this :).
