City name not showing in My profile page

Beschreibung
### Steps to reproduce
1. Set City in user profile.
2. View "My Profile"
3. Only see City title and no City name.
Even if user is superuser and/or has all User permissions enabled you do not see the city name.
Edit user:

My profile page:
Recreatable in the demo.
### Expected behavior
City name should be visible at the My profile page.
### Actual behavior
City name is not showing in the My profile page. But it is showing in the edit user page.
### Environment
ralph-core 20190618.1 amd64
Also happends in the demo
* Ralph version: 20190618.1
* Operating system: Ubuntu Server 18.04.2 LTS
