Add some switch/option to print out the names of available scripts

The `--script` option for `ralph-cli scan` requires providing the name of the script that has to be executed, which may be cumbersome if you don't remember them (in such case, you have to list contents of `~/.ralph-cli/scripts` dir). We should add an additional option/switch to facilitate this.
